    My jurisdiction is: Kansas It appears that my tenant has vacated the property without any notification. He has requested the utilities be turned off. When can I legally enter the property.

    I have, but the tenant put an incorrect name for his CO. I am trying to get the information but haven't had any luck.

    I rented to a soldier in November 2007. He has vacated the premises and owes me $1200. Is there any one on base that I can contact concerning this, or is my only solution to file a lawsuit.
