bought a reposesed home as is. moved into, found bad mold problem, leaky roof, all kind of water leaks. put in new water tank, repaired roof not full roof. Kitchen floor soft and bad because of leaks under sink. Needs new floor. Cellar caving in can't use. We are in 60s just bought house this...
