of course i'm going to tell the truth... my problem is I cannot figure out if it wants me to put the income that is stated on my most recent taxes or not because it asks me for my current individual income. I don't know if that means my taxes or not...
On the I-864 form under number 24. a. b. and c. it wants to know about our current individual income and total income. My questions is: does this income need to be based on the latest income tax income reported or does it matter if that income matches the tax 1040 report?
