Entertainment & Sports Law

Entertainment and Sports Law relates to law governing entertainment and leisure activities. It includes artists, athletes, entertainers as well as music clubs, record companies, movie studios, tourism and travel offices, gaming and gambling, racetracks and casinos, sports leagues and art galleries. Much of entertainment and sports law concerns contracts and agreements including issues related to copyright and intellectual property law.
