Shared driveway dispute

My mom has a house with a shared driveway with her neighbor. They never move their vehicle and if they do one pulls their truck out and the other pulls their car right in so my mom never has access to it. We have located a mutual driveway agreement that was signed in 1968. Can you tell me if it still has to be enforced or can my mom just demand that the driveway is abolished?

I suggest you and/or mother visit with four or five Michigan licensed local attorneys practicing real estate.

Yes, it'll cost mother some money, but she'll have the matter resolved properly and legally. Some issues can only be resolved before a judge. However, court orders seem to make most whackos to become more violent and whack.

Otherwise the animosity will grow stronger and stronger, perhaps leading (an unknown to you or mother) maniac or crazed psycho to do some very bad misdeeds.
