)carpal tunnel surgery leading to staff infection after nurse rewrapped already infected hand in damp,bloody cast after covering wound w too short gauze. For 2nd time leaving bottom of cut unprotected. 3 days aft surgery was remitted to hops.for 8 days with stash infection. I am told I cant collect from seeing because I am on SSI and disabled. Is this true?
