Medicating my son without my concent.

My ex an I have no custody agreement right now, we just do week in week off. But I just found out that she is trying to get my oldest son on ADHD medication. I don't feel he needs it, she's the only one that thinks he needs it no one in his school has ever said anything either. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to so he isn't put on anything. There's more to why she wants him on it but I wont get into that. Of there's any info anyone can give me id greatly appreciate it, thank you.

Ex what? If spouse, it appears you are not unmarried but may be separated. If no agreement exists, you will need to file in court to have one established. What exactly you need to do depends upon the answer to the first question.

Among the items you can negotiate or have a judge rule on would be medical care. Right now, only one parent is required to approve any medication. You would need to demonstrate why you disagree with both the doctor and your ex.
