Ok its been about 7 months now i always hear people laughing in back round but i notice it could be a hearing device and camera in my room everyday if o hear them they call me rat i dont know who it is but im going crazy i cant sleep sometimes im constantly getting threatened i dont know why these people are doing this i became a homeowner 3years ago im struggling and going through a divorce with a back problem and i got to go through this with neighbors what can i do
