Need some advice and info on if i have a good chance at getting custody of a grandchild?
Very concerned about a 7 month old family member. I would like to try to get custody but I am not sure If i have a good enough case. The mother has recently been arrested for child endangerment. She is in an abusive relationship with a man who is not the biological father but is prob on the birth certificate. They both have drinking problems and the boyfriend/dad likes to use drugs. He has a history of abuse and drug use.
