Let me start by saying my sister has a daughter with cerebral palsy and she can not handle her because she does not have patience for her so she is giving me custody what papers do I file an how much will this cost me also the man that signed her birth certificate is not really her father an did not want her until he found out I was taking custody please help for what to do all I'm trying to do is put her in school
