Talk to a lawyer, or file an appeal from the decision of CPS.
Truth is CPS doesn't take children from parents without good cause.
I suggest you ask CPS what it would take for you to one day be eligible be a parent to the child that you lost.
By the way, that child is no longer yours.
You are as much a legal stranger to the kid as am I.

If CPS gave you "rules" to follow in order to get the child back, follow them without fail. Otherwise, discuss your situation with a lawyer. Good luck.
