If you waive your right to a preliminary hearing (Because your lawyer told you to to keep your bond low) and your case is bound over to common pleas. Is it legal for the judge to raise your bond while your bondsman is there to pay it at the lower rate.? details my bondsman was there to pay at 8:00am the state patrol faxed over the report at 9:01am the judge ordered the increase and filed it at 10:44am. And the crime lab sheet wasn't complete yet. yet I was held another 15 days without knowing the charges
