I leased a motorcycle in February it is now close to June, the bike has been sitting in the garage with expired Temp plates. When I signed the lease i asked if they were going to take care of inspection and registration and they said yes its part of the service. Have they breached the contract agreement by not providing me with a usable vehicle. I have been on time with lease payments a total of five payments also including down payment. Can i get out of this contract and sue for my losses.

When the temp registration expired and you went back to the leasing company what did they tell you about this?
