No one ever gets paid when they promise to pay someone upon receiving their income tax refund. Besides, ALL BK attorneys (LEGITIMATE ONES) get paid before anything gets filed!!!!

A Guam filing is just like a normal US filing and is through the US Federal Courts. Before filing one must see a court approved credit counselor just like in the 50's. See the link to get a list of credit counselors in Guam.
