Inheritance

Jurisdiction/Place:

My inheritance must be split 60/40. All of it will be deposited into my account, then I must pay out the other portion. As far as taxes go concerning this money, what are the laws and proper procedures I should take?

This is not legal Advice.

Hey,

This subject of taxes is more to do with an accountant rather than a lawyer that is the proper procedure you should take, he should be up to date with the laws as he deals with them everyday. If you fail to get the procedure right then you should seek legal advice. As for the law where I live, it requires you pay the taxes full stop.

The above comments are for guidance only and are of my opinion, no sarcasm is intended.

Take care

Mark.
