New wife's income considered for child support?

My husband pays $ 950/mo in child support to his ex-wife. Now he is going back to Court to request a Reduction. Is the Court going to consider my Income for the Calculations?
We do fill out taxes jointly.
Please if anyone has an idea I could use the help & information :)
 
In most states, spousal income is not considered in calculating child support.
 
wife's income considered in child support in CA?

I saw a previous thread on if you calculate your new wife's income into support payments... but they said in most states it is not considered... how about California?
