Tax form living abroad I need help

Jurisdiction/Place:

Hello,
I am on disability as of last year and moved to Costa Rica and married my fiance. She is a non resident of USA and so are her 2 sons of 10 and 14 years. I want to know if I can claim her as a dependent even when she doesnt have a SSN and if there is a way to get in contact with a specialist in preparing taxes when living abroad. I have had a lot of expenses due to my health issues and I am trying to prepare my tax form. I would appreciate if a very prepared person would answer my questions. Thank you.
