Can I be pregnant and still get my kids out of foster care

I'm 5months pregnant my 2 children have been in foster care with there fathers dad and his wife. My boyfriend and I (kids biological father) have been together for 15 years. Our children have been in DHS custody for about 18 months in that time we have completed everything they said we needed to do in order for the kids to come home but seems now they are having another issue because I'm pregnant can they not return our kids because of this?
