You would have to read the custody order to know exactly.
If the order isn't clear, I suggest you consult a local attorney.

Otherwise, why not sit down with the other parent and discuss it like the two, wise, loving, caring parents you are.
Its always best to try to negotiate and settle, avoiding courts, and legal expenses.

The court usually deems who has child/ren for what share of time regardless if its 50/50 or not so read your custody order.
