I mixed up the plaintiff/respondent when serving her and her lawyer. do I need to do anything to fix it? if so what is it?

I just need to know I should worries about it. she just got a lawyer and responded to me on the 4th. I guess Monday is my deadline to fix this.

If you don't fix it, the case will probably be dismissed.

I don't know how badly you botched things, so I can't suggest how you might fix them.

If it were MY problem, I'd simply do EVERYTHING the RIGHT WAY and get it done by Monday's deadline!!!

If you can't do that, then appear in court, ask to be heard, and see if you can be permitted extra time to remedy any issues.
