I'm trying to find about signing over my right to my daughter because my parents keep harassing the mother about taking my daughter from her and telling her that they have the rights to take her. We had joint custody with them at one time and they abused my daughter she is living with me now but she wants to be with her mom full time but I'm sacred they will take her from the mother so I want to sign over my rights to her to protect my daughter because they will take and run with my daughter out of state.

What do you mean 'sign your rights over'?

Your post doesn't even begin to make sense. How would signing your rights over to someone else (presumably the child's mother) prevent your parents from harassing the child's mother? If someone without legal custody takes your child, it is kidnapping and the police take a very dim view of kidnapping. If you have your daughter now, why would you not be able to protect her from your parents if your parents are the problem?
