Can the trustee borrow money from the trust for his personal use?

In the words of Mister, when he was asked if Celie had received any mail from the movie, The Color Purple: "Could be, could be not, who's to say?"
As you were told before TRUSTS are very unique.
TRUSTS are very specific and often written with special language of the person creating the trust.
So, if the trust is written to permit "loans to the trustee", the answer would be YES.
Again, there's no way anyone can say without reading the ENTIRE trust document.
Take them to a lawyer and seek his or her advice.
Without a lawyer, the trustee will simply keep ignoring you.
Or, use your skills and take the trustee to court.

You might want to brush up your knowledge about trusts.
