If the court grants him residential custody, yes. It is not a cell phone, it is a child with 2 parents. Unless you planned on cutting it in half, that means one is residential parent and the other is visiting parent.

However, unless you're abusing illegal drugs, engaging in sexual acts for cash in full view of baby, neglecting to feed, clean, nurture, and otherwise improperly caring for baby; there's very little chance dad will wrest the baby from your custody.

Many new born babies need to suckle at their mother's milk spigots.
Fortunately, dads aren't equipped with a pair of those milk faucets.
That's why he'll be granted visitation, but not physical custody now.
In fact, overnights are probably out if the question for the next year or two.
That is as long as you're doing the right stuff for baby.

In a couple or three years, I'm sure this will be revisited.
