Does this involve domestic violence?

Does this involve neglect, molestation, or abuse of your children?

No one can be MADE or FORCED to testify.

That said, a little more clarification would be helpful.

No need to use correct names, addresses, etc...

You can say, Bob is married (or lives with) to Sue.
Bob was arrested for thumping Sue in her head, and all about her face.
They said Bob even used a razor blade to carve his name into Sue's back.
Someone called the cops, because Sue was screaming.
The cops arrived, and made Sue say Bob did that stuff to her.
Sue never said anything.
Sue just kept crying as the paramedics drover her to County Hospital.
Sue told a nurse at the hospital, "Bob did this to me."
