My friend signed a temporary guardianship of her child to a friend and now the friend refuse to give the child back. Saying that the biological mom is unfit to get her child back. So a judge said that she had to prove herself by following her verbal command (without) going to court. She has a place to live, a job, and stable. She just got out of jail. That's the reason she gave temporary guardianship of her child in the first place. The guardianship papers were signed by both parties in front of a notary republic...not a Judge. What can she do?

She can HIRE a lawyer.
The agreement might NOT be binding and legal.
That would make the judge's instructions useless.
Judges do sometimes BULLY the uninformed among us.
So, tell her to see a lawyer in her county and he or she can instruct her as to how she might proceed.

If she doesn't see a lawyer, the judge and others will continue to run over her.

You gotta PAY to play in life.
