In your "Witness Requirements for a Valid Will" by M Wechsler, under the sub-section "when & how do witnesses sign a will" it states: ..."It is not necessary to have both witnesses sign simultaneously & in the presence of each other".
On other sites I have seen that the opposite is stated, that they do have to sign in the presence of each other (for Wills in California). One of the sites was the site set up by Suze Orman.
Comments please?
