What is the term used when one person involved in a court case doesn't Speak to another person involved


The judge during a trail can direct all witnesses to leave the court room and not to speak to each other. That's called "invoking the rule".
Some refer to it as "Rule 615", and it has other names in other jurisdictions.

Some people call that sequestering.
