I am the non custodial parent of a 5th old girl. I'm currently under a child support order which I don't mind paying, but I haven't seen, or heard from my daughter in almost 9 months. She lives in Ga. & now I live in NC. My calls go unanswered, my text go with no reply. I haven't seen any pictures, or had any contact with my lil girl, at all. Her mom, and I were never married, but I am listed as the father on my daughters birth certificate. Is there anything I can do to ensure some kinda contact, or visitation with her?

File in a Georgia court in the county where Daughter lives. Have you legitimized her yet? That's an extra step Georgia makes unwed fathers go through before they can file for visitation.
