My daughter is in connecticut..her grandparents have temp custody but she is 15 will b 16 on halloween..when can she legally leave there to reside with me in florida..is tgere some kind of law that really stops her from leaving when she turns 16??
 
A minor becomes an adult at age 18.
Depending upon her birthday, you have about 32 months to wait.

Before we go further - why is your daughter not with you or the other parent?

It makes a difference.
 
Why do the grandparents have temporary custody? How long have the grandparents had temporary custody?
