My roommate has a court order stating that my roommate is not allowed to have men around her daughter, due to poor choices that she has made in the past. Although we live together, I am wondering whether or not I am still allowed to have my boyfriend and my Math tutor (who is a male) over the apartment when her daughter is here.

If the court order applies to her only, you're free to do as you please.
If she can't have men near her children, she might be required to leave when your male acquaintances arrive.
