I recently had my son and child services got involved after he came out positive for marijuana; however, i didn't. I was able to take him home on the condotions of joining a drug program. My childs father and i had to randomly drug test , i did everything the father didn't. A day before court the father and i got into an altercation and i was hit by h m and immediately called the police. I and the child had a restraining order on him and he wasnt able to be around my self or the child. I lived with the childs paternal grandmother who is illegal and she let him stay the night of Christmas with the child and i.On the day after Christmas my child was taken away due to me being caught with the father by CPS and the police
In conclusion i want to see if i would still be able to sign away my rights to the illefal paternal grandmother without CPS involvemnet and her lying about her son being there that day.
