Mrs john has three children two girls and one boy and three properties, in her executed will she gave one property each to her three children, her son however claims that at the time of his mothers death she stated that she had decided to give him all the three properties because he was the only son. discuss the position of trust law in respect of the case.

Is this homework?

Reminiscent of a "wills and thrills" exam, but probably not.

No 1L at this point in the game is going to troll a legal advice website for help with such an easy question.

This could be some type of high school law class, or community college.

Okay, Grace, discuss.

I'll grade it for you.

Hint, it depends on jurisdiction.

In some localities, a holographic will is required.

The will also doesn't describe WHICH house goes to WHICH child.
