how to change a plea pre sentencing

My question is for juvenile law in Nevada.
After entering a guilty plea and awaiting sentencing in 2 weeks.
The juvenile did not understand that he was pleading guilty to probation violation,
He had a previus18 month suspended sentence and the state is recommending that for
his sentencing.
He did not realize he was pleading guilty and the sentencing recommendation.
He thought it was a plea bargain without an added 18-month term just continuation of
of his current probation.
How can you go back and change the guilty plea to innocent?

You can't. Your parents or guardian need to hire you a lawyer. However, after pleading (which means you've been admonished as to your rights, in open court and on the record), there is very little, if anything you can do at the trial court level. If there is a way out of the trap you've placed yourself in, it'll be through the appellate process. Get a lawyer,or at least speak to one or two, they'll be better positioned to further advise you. If there is a way out,it won't be free, and it isn't on the Internet!

This teen is not really competent at making good choices. He should hire an attorney to clean up his messes.
