Broken glasses

    Broken glasses

    i find the patio glasses is broken one day, should landlord need to fix it?? I call my landlord, she say is not responsiblity to fix it because the glasses is in good condition when i move in. So she need me to fix it up.

    If you broke it, or it was broken while you were a tenant, you are responsible for repairing it.

    Think about a rental car.

    If the windshield gets broken while you're renting the car, you're responsible for repairing it.

    Doesn't matter how it was broken, or who did it, you're on the hook.

    Same situation in your apartment.

    That's why it is recommended to carry renter's insurance.
    U C a physician 4 your medical issues. U should C a lawyer 4 your legal issues!

    The terms of your lease or rental agreement should have clues as to who should fix it
