    Disposition

    Can a domestic violance disposition be change after five years ? If yes how would I go about doing that ?

    If you've been convicted, it stands as a conviction.
    In some cases it can be expunged, but that's rare and expensive.
    If violence is involved, you can pretty much forget an expunction.
    But, it's free to speak with a lawyer for the first visit.
    So, speak to a couple.
    You can't lose anything by talking.
