Louisiana Early Termination of lease

Hi,

I am in a lease for a mobile home. I have reviewed the lease multiple times looking for an early termination clause and there is not one. The lease agreement is from an individual, not a huge company. The only thing my lease says is the start and end dates.

This is in Louisiana, however I am a Texas resident.

If there is no early termination clause then that is not an option

Have you spoken with the landlord about leaving early? If you help to find a new tenant so the landlord has no loss then things may go much smoother.
