    Can I sue?

I am An artist / song writer and back in 2004 I was shopping my demo to major labels and cash money being one of those labels and two years after them hearing my demo label owner and artis (baby) of cash money took the phrase (100) that was my signature phrase in all my songs and he started doing it in the same Exact manner. Now I had my album published with ASCAP in 2004 with 16 out of 17 songs with me using the phrase numerous times can I sue for that???

Anyone can sue anyone, if they complete some forms and pay a small filing fee.
If you're indigent, you simply complete the forms and file for free.
    Can you prevail?
Only a trial and time will tell.
But, if this is a claim for substantial sums, you'd be better off hiring a lawyer and suing in a superior/district (court of record) court.
