Business credit cards
Jurisdiction / State: California
My ex husband and I have a limited partnership together. As part of the divorce, all assets are supposed to be frozen. I beleived he has taken out a few credit cards in the name of the corporation and possibly the business (using the EIN). He could not have used his own SS# because we have zero credit left since he maxed all the cards in our names and walked away from them.
Does anyone know how I can find out how to tell if our business or corporation has a credit card or loan affilited with it and he is routing it to his address? I have asked Experien and they are not clear at all.

Experian is a credit reporting agency. Don't you have access to the corporation's bank accounts? Why not take a look at the withdrawals and payments?Forum posts are not legal advice, are for educational purposes only & are not substitutes for proper consultation with legal counsel.
