Change of venue Granted, now what?

My child custody and child support case is currently with Sacramento county. I filed a motion with sacramento for a change of venue (to el dorado county) and the judge approved it. I am "stuck" as to what my next steps are. What do i need to file with El Dorado county now to get my case officially moved here? I understand I need to pay a fee for transfer, I just don't know what to "file" with EDCounty to get them to "ask" for my paperwork? I have the FOH from Sacramento stating the Change is Granted. Thanks.

Sometimes you get what you wish for, and it ain't all that.

What would you do, if the change of venue had not been granted?

    That's a hint, a very big hint!!!!!!

Thank you for your non-existent "help." I asked for help with what papers to file in my new county and got a smart-ass reply? Please don't respond if you're not going to help...
