Child support
The NCP has been court order to pay the back pay on our exisiting order. The NCP wants to fight it and wants to tell the court he has been paying for groceries. From what I reserch groceries or anything else he buys our children outside the court order is consider a gift correct? The courts will not deduct that out of the back pay the NCP already needs to pay correct? The only that counts toward child support is the money you send the court.. Pls advise..

That's basically correct, yes.
However, there is a lot of discretion - if the NCP can provide receipts, it's possible that they can receive a credit towards any arrears.
