We have an individual on a registration of a vehicle that is not her legal name. What course of action can we take to take her off the registration? The vehicle is registrated to a decease family member.

The deceased family member is the one on the registration with the false name?
If so, is the name on the death certificate different than the name on the registration?
Is there a second name on the registration?
If so, does it say "AND" or "OR" between the names?
