    Car Repair Misrepresented

We took our car in for repair and we were told that for $650.00 it would run great. We paid and the repair was completed. Car does not run any bettter and we are now being told that it will cost another $600+ to fix the new problem. The car is only worth $1200 and we don't want to put any more money into it. I want to know if I am entitled to get my original payment back since I would not have had any work done on it if I had been told it would cost more than the car is worth.

    Thank you.

Nope- not unless you can prove the work was not done at all.
