Please read the under lined paragraph and let me know if it sound good an correct. If not please reply with a better and or correct way to describe it!.

"If your client wishes to resolve this matter by accepting my proposal your client will also have to proof the charges for any merchandise that is deemed not to fit for rental."


In other words i was being charged for damage products but those damage products were never showed to me which are towels, towels that are damaged they CAN NOT be re-used by the company so therefore I have to pay full price for them... I own a restaurant and i use the services of a company that rent textiles; aprons, towels, etc.

Is that a proper way to say it?..

This is my take on the above sentence.



I will only pay for damaged towels that are returned to me for my examination and acceptance of said charges.
