Psyche and Ortho Injuries are now Permanent and Stationary. AME reports are done! However, DA disagrees with the Ortho AME report and AA is going to Depose the Psyche AME.

There is an MSC in March regarding TTD that hasn't been paid! The Ortho Report says injury is work-related. The Psyche Report questions the degree of stress.

Will the judge make them pay TTD based on the Ortho report? And can trial be set on the matter since any Depo or Suplemental Report should surely be done within 3 months for trial? Please give me answers and not opinions.

How on earth is anybody here going to know how a particular judge will rule?

I'm not asking how a judge will rule. I already know that at some point, he has to rule! I just want to know from someone who may have experienced such a workers compensation claim or someone who has a lot of expertise on such claims, if there can be more delays even after this upcoming MSC. In other words, I'm looking for someone who has more experience than I, to give a detailed answer to my questions.
