Does a pa 501(c) have to produce its bylaws if asked? I was offered a position and I wanted to see the bylaws but was told I couldn't see them. Is there any law requiring they have to produce it?

Take a look at this page from the IRS with regard to Section 501(c)(3) public disclosure requirements.
