I need advice, relating to Irish as well as California laws.

A hotel I stayed at, in Ireland, gave out my personal invoice to a stranger, who impersonated me to get my private information. The private information included my full name and home address (very personal information).

The person who impersonated me was American and has been harassing me for several years now. She then used this information to file a frivolous law suit against me (another form of harassment).

The hotel had no court order to hand over my private information to her.

Did she break the law by impersonating me?

Did her lawyer break the law for accepting this information of mine, obtained without a court order??

Do I have grounds to prosecute the hotel, since they've broken Irish privacy laws and given my private and confidential information to a stranger?

This happened years ago already?

What has the person done with the information to harm you?
No. The individual has been harassing me for several years in general. This recent impersonation, they got hold of my private information from a hotel (address etc) to file a frivilous law suit against me. The person is a stalker and now knows where I live, thanks to a hotel giving out my details without my permission.
