Does the opposing party lose his right to object to the ruling of a hearing if he failed to appear at that hearing?

Thank You In Advance for all replies!

It is impossible to answer without knowing the circumstances. I gather this is related to your other question recently posed - I will have a look at it over there.

thanks for the interest.

here is another question:

Q: what authority does a judge have to take back his ruling in a case?

Q: what statutes explain the right or lack of right for a judge to change a ruling.

in this case, the judge gave a ruling and requested a proposed order, changed his mind the next day based on false information from the opposing side.

Thanks In Advance for all replies!
