I passed out at work, on the clock, they called an ambulance. I returned to work a few days later and was told my head didn't hit the ground hard enough to qualify for workmans comp, and now I'm being sued by the ambulance company for something that I feel the employer should be responsible for. What should I say/do tomorrow in court? Please help me out...

If you're being sued, you should have gotten an attorney immediately.

If you didn't pass out because of the work you were doing, it isn't Work Comp. Just because it happens at work doesn't make it a Worker's Comp condition/injury.

The employer was being proactive and concerned for your safety. Doesn't mean the employer has to pay the bill.

What about your medical insurance?

What did you put on your Answer when you got sued. If you have Court tomorrow and you have not Answered then you are likely to have a default judgment taken against you.
