i am a OHIO resident. i bought a car (paid in full) from a dealer in BURBANK, CALIFORNIA. I had the car delivered to ohio. the dealer did not include the title. it has been 4 months and they have not sent the title yet. they keep telling me "at the end of the week", or "soon, soon".
what can i do to get the title to the car i bought?
what kind of lawyer should i get?
do i get a lawyer from california or from ohio?

Any action you bring would have to be in California. Get CDWJava here to see if the car is stolen. 4 months is a LONG time to not have a title.
