From my first post on this subject, sure could use good advice and information on who could do this. Could also us some good info on a medical expert to exam this picture and answer a question. Trying to vindicate my daughter from an allegation of child abuse that did not happen. Accuser is her soon-to-be ex-husband who is real vindictive. Please help.

Im not a lawyer, but I am a 3rd year medical student and can say it is highly unlikely that any qualified MD would not testify on an assault case just from a picture.
However, if there were reports made by the attending doctor that was in charge of your daughters visit to the ER there might be a diff story.
But if you have just a picture taken from a cell phone camera I highly doubt a judge will even let it enter into evidence.
